Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:200 to 1:1000. 1.0ug of Human IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
