For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-human IgM and anti-human serum.
