MaxLight(TM)490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight(TM)488, Alexa Fluor(TM)488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm), Emission (515nm), Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3 (IRAK3), a member of the IRAK/Pelle family. IRAKs associate with the IL1/Toll receptors after IL-1 or LPS stimulation, thereby playing an important role in the inflammatory response. IRAK3 inhibits the dissociation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 from the Toll-like receptor signalling complex by either inhibiting the phosphorylation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 or stabilising the receptor complex. It is predominantly expressed in peripheral blood lymphocytes. Defects in the IRAK3 gene are associated with susceptibility to asthma-related traits type 5. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight(TM)490 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
