Full length recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-480 from human SESN2 with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
SESN2 is a member of the sestrin family of PA26-related proteins. The protein may function in the regulation of cell growth and survival. This protein may be involved in cellular response to different stress conditions. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
