Immunogen:
Recombinant protein corresponding to Ala33-Asn325 from human sFRP-3, expressed in NS0 cells.
sFRP-3, also known as FRZB, Fritz, Frzb1 and FRP-3, is expressed in the developing bone and cartilage as well as several adult tissues. It functions as an antagonist of Wnt signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml. Detects recombinant human and mouse sFRRP-3 under non-reducing conditions only Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
