Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Y80 of human SH3GLB1 (KLH).
Endophilin B1 may be required for normal outer mitochondrial membrane dynamics. It is required for coatomer-mediated retrograde transport in certain cells. It may recruit other proteins to membranes with high curvature and may promote membrane fusion. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
