Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa114-127, EKEEVAEEAQSGGD of human gamma-synuclein
Human Gamma-Synuclein (breast cancer-specific gene 1) is a soluble protein belonging to the synuclein family. This protein is expressed in the peripheral nervous system and it is overexpressed in advanced infiltrating breast cancer and other different cancers. Gamma-Synuclein is also associated with axonal pathology in Parkinsons desease and others neurodegenerative disorders. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
