NK2R is a Tachykinin Receptor activated by the neuropeptide substance K, also referred to as neurokinin A. It mediates smooth muscle contraction in central airway and may contribute to the development of asthma. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
