TCCR, is a class I cytokine receptor family member that is highly expressed in lymphoid tissues. It shows homology to IL-12 Rb2 and associates with gp130 to mediate IL-27 activity that is required for the initiation of Th1 responses. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul per 1x10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption: 488nm Emission: 565-605nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
