MaxLight(TM)490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight(TM)488, Alexa Fluor(TM)488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Plate-bound or soluble antibody activates a/b TCR-bearing T cells. In vitro and in vivo, the antibody can induce immature thymocytes to undergo apoptosis. In vivo administration of this antibody has been shown to deplete a/b TCR-bearing cells to near completion and prevent graft rejection.
