This antibody reacts with a monomorphic determinant of the a/b T-cell receptor, which is expressed on greater than 95% of normal peripheral blood CD3+ T cells. The a/b TCR recognizes a peptide bound to MHC, leading to T-cell activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.5ug/10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
