TCR affinity purified from mouse T-cell hybridoma DO-11.10
The alpha/beta TCR is expressed on T lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested. Plate-bound or soluble antibody activates a/b TCR-bearing T cells. In vitro, this antibody can induce immature thymocytes to undergo apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, In vitro stimulation of a/b TCR-expressing T cells 2 and In vitro depletion of a/b TCR-bearing cells. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.2ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
