Human HA1.7 TCR beta chain expressed on transgenic mouse cells
Human T cell receptor (TCR) is a T cell surface expressed heterodimer of alpha/beta or gamma/delta chains. TCRs recognize antigen peptides bound to MHC molecules forming the basis of antigen specific response by T cells. Functional Application: Antibody is mitogenic for T cells expressing TCR C beta 1. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
