Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein corresponding to extracellular domain of rat TGN38.
TGN38 is found primarily in the Trans-golgi network, and has been found to be an excellent marker for this cellular organelle. TGN38 is likely to have a role in intracellular transport. It is the homologue of human TGN46. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoelectron Microscopy, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:100-1:200. Fixation with methanol or methanol/acetone recommended. Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
