Immunogen:
6X His fusion protein corresponding to full-length TTF-1 (Thyroid transcription factor 1, also known as Thyroid nuclear factor 1, Homeobox protein Nkx-2.1).
Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: A 1:500-1:1000 detected TTF-1 in nuclear extract from H441 human lung epithelial cells. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate TTF-1. Immunohistochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect TTF-1 in 4% paraformaldehyde fixed human and mouse lung adenocarcinoma tissue. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
