TICAM (Toll-interleukin 1 receptor domain (TIR)-containing adaptor molecule-1) or TRIF (Toll/IL-1 receptor domain-containing adapter inducing IFN-beta) plays an essential role in the MyD88-independent signaling of TLR3. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse spleen or mouse intestine Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
