Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis. Applications: Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot , Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction, and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications have not been tested. Preparation Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70C. Quality Control: 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot. Storage and Stability: For extended storage, keep frozen at -70C in working aliquots. For continuous use, store at 4C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.
Form:
Supplied as a frozen liquid in HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, sucrose, glycerol, sodium deoxycholate, NP-40 and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.
