Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by tandum molecular sieve chromatography. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-human IgM and anti-human serum. No reaction against anti human IgG F(c) or anti-pepsin.
