A partial length recombinant TOX-3 protein (amino acids 232-442) was used as the immunogen for this antibody
Alternative Names:
TOX3||CAGF9||TNRC9
TOX high mobility group box family member 3 (TOX-3) is a member of a subfamily of transcription factors that contains a High Mobility Group box (HMG-box), involved in bending and unwinding of DNA and alteration of chromatin structure. It has two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.TOX3 is expressed in estrogen receptor-positive mammary epithelial cells, including progenitor cells and highly expressed in luminal B breast cancers. Its over expression in human oligodendrocytes reduced cellular death under conditions mimicking Spinal cord injury (SCI).
Western blot analysis: 2-4 µg/ml, Immunohistochemical analysis: 5 µg/ml
