Synthetic peptide CHRLPGSYDSTSSDSLYPRGI corresponding to amino acids 29-49 at N-terminus of human pp36
Chemokine receptors are specialized proteins that function at the surface of cells, and enable chemokines to trigger internal cellular processes. Chemokines and their receptors play a pivotal role in lymphocyte trafficking, recruiting and recirculation. Chemokines act through seven transmembrane G protein-coupled receptors. The chemokine system is increasingly recognized to play an important role in lymphocyte biology. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500, binds to a ~40kD protein in Western blotting on mouse lung or human T cell line Jurkat and K562 cells Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:150 ELISA: 1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
